You are however allowed to access the hotel with a permit which you can get at the St. Valentin forestry office on the road 6.2 mi from the hotel, between 09:00 and 17:00. Outside their opening hours, you can get your permit directly at the hotel.
The permit allows you
- to access the Schlern wildlife park at all times on the day of arrival and departure.
- to use your car in the wildlife park between 17:00 and 10:00 during the rest of your stay
- to park at the hotel's parking space.
