Please note, the number of people staying in the apartment cannot exceed the number of people the booking is made for and the capacity of the apartment. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. From November 25, 2024 to December 20, 2024 and from January 7, 2025 to February 28, 2025 a 30% discount has been applied to our rates to compensate for possible disturbances due to renovation work being done from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, on the 2nd and 5th floor of our building. However, if you plan on being out bright and early to discover the city and want a quiet and stylish space where you can chill out in the evenings, then this is a great opportunity at a reduced rate.
