The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Suites Avenue wants to offer a pleasant and relaxing stay to all our guests and neighbors. To ensure your maximum comfort, holding parties is strictly prohibited in all apartments. Please note noise must be kept to a minimum from 21:00 to 10:00 Please note, when booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the property can only allow pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance, no later than 24 hours after booking. The amounts with VAT included have been calculated based on the tax rate in force on the date of the reservation. In the event of a change in the VAT rates or brackets applicable on the date of stay, the final amount will be recalculated to apply that corresponding to that date.
