Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AUD 250 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please Note: A non-refundable credit card surcharge may be applied. Credit card surcharges will range between 0.1% - 3.6% dependent upon the card. If you choose to park a vehicle with us during your stay, the cost for valet parking is $35 per day. The Henry Jones Art Hotel has a strict NO PARTY POLICY and you agree there is to be no excessive noise or disturbance of other guests. Should Management have to request your noise levels to be reduced, Management reserves the right to terminate your accommodation at any time without any refund of your accommodation or bond.
