Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Naka Phuket, a member of Design Hotels in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 3000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in. If the credit card is not presented, a new payment may be required. Maintenance at The Pond near the Beach Front area will be carried out from 1st August 2024 to 5th September 2024. Maintenance at Meka restaurant will be carried out from 1st July 2024 to 20th September 2024.
