This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Please inform Portas do Teatro Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 25 EUR applies for arrivals after check-in hours until 00:00 and 35 EUR after 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. Each guest will receive one set of towels and one set of clean sheets, upon arrival. Please note that for stays of 5 nights there will be a change of towels in the middle of the stay, and for stays of 8 nights there will be a full cleaning including change of sheets. One set of free toiletries will be provided to guests upon arrival. Please also note that this property does not feature a lift. It is not recommended for people with limited mobility.
