The credit card provided for payment must be presented at check-in and the cardholder and guest name must match.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out.

A facility fee of $30.00 + taxes is applied to each night of your stay to provide the following services and amenities, which enhance the guest experience.
• A new Eco-Friendly refillable Kixby water bottle provided at check-in
• An open invite to the Kixby Pantry, which includes:
o Freshly brewed Heva Columbian coffee and a variety of select teas
o BEVI water machine offering flat and sparkling options, along with assorted flavors, to refill your water bottle
o Specialty coffees, tea, and light snacks every afternoon
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Access to our on-property Fitness Room featuring Peloton bikes, dumbbells, treadmills, and yoga essentials
