Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note dogs and cats are allowed, max. weigh 25kg. Please contact the hotel before booking. A charge of 40 € per pet per day will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. The outdoor pools will be open from the 15th of May to the 30th of September 2024. The hotel guests have a free beach access guaranteed, during the opening period ( for all the room categories). The hotel guests have a free outdoor pool access guaranteed during the opening period for the following room categories: Junior Suite, Suite with view and terrace, 2- Bedroom Suite with view and terrace, Executive Suite, Presidential Suites. For the other room categories, the outdoor pool access comes with a fee. Please note: Beach Club - seasonal opening from May to September based on the weather condition.
