Please note that the hotel will undergo periodic inspections of power receiving equipment based on the Electricity Business Law on the following dates/times: 10/01/2024, 12:00-15:00. 11/01/2024, 16:00-18:00.
During this period, there will be a power outage in the facility.

Please note that the hotel will undergo a complete water change due to legal inspection on the following dates/times: 15/1/2023 - 16/1/2023, close all day.
During this period, we will be suspending the use of the pool in Evian Spa Tokyo (5th floor).
*We will resume operations from 6:30 am on Wednesday, January 17th.
*During the above period, the following facilities and services will be open.

Due to maintenance of the restaurant, lounge, and bar on the first floor of the hotel, the following stores will be temporarily closed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF MEN’S DRY SAUNA FOR MAY 8-10, 2024
Kindly be advised that the men’s dry sauna at evian SPA TOKYO (5F) will be closed from May 8 (Wed.) through May 10 (Fri.) due to maintenance work.

May 10 (Fri.), 2024: Closed until 12:00 noon
*Scheduled to re-open at 12:00 noon on May 10.
Access to the Fitness Center, the women’s marble sauna, the men’s hot reclining bath and cold plunge pool will not be affected, and evian SPA TOKYO will also be open and operating during this period.

Legal maintenance work will be carried out from 14th to 16th Jan 2025.
The spa, fitness center and pool at 5th floor are close from 14th to 16th Jan 2025.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.
An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property.
