Papaya Playa Project is a sustainable boutique hotel complex of beachfront cabins and cottages, located on Mayan Riviera in Tulum. Set on a 900-metre stretch of private beach, it offers rustic accommodation with panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea. a 24-hour front desk is available.

The eco-friendly cabins at Papaya Playa Project are modestly decorated, with high ceilings, a private bathroom and lots of natural light. Some have sea views or views of the tropical gardens.
