The fine print

After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government-issued photo ID. Guests will receive check-in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Due to local regulations, guests at this Sonder will be asked to provide information of each person in their party, as well as their passport or other identification in order to access the apartment. Noise is present from nearby construction and your space may overlook the building site. Your Sonder may be accessible by stairs only.

Your space may be located on the ground floor. Paid laundry and ironing services are available upon request.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
