Guests who wish to use the service are kindly requested to inform the property in advance. - The daily complimentary round trip shuttle between the hotel, Middle Road (between Kowloon Hotel and Peninsula Hotel) and The Sun Arcade (Peking Road, opposite to Harbour City) departs from the property and The Sun Arcade every 20 to 40 minutes starting from 08:00 until 22:00. - The hotel is a non-smoking property (including all guestrooms, restaurants and a majority of public areas), underlining the commitment to provide healthier environments for all guests and associates. - Guests are required to present the credit card used to make this reservation upon check-in at the hotel.
