The property will do a pre-authorisation to the card used at the time of booking. When booking 10 apartments or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note that apartments are cleaned once every week. Please note a pre-authorisation of GBP 50 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorisation sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorisation.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges £40 apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory.
